Position: Customer Success Associate -30 openings

Department: Insurance – Health, Motor & Life

Salary: Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC

Qualification: Graduate

Location : Kharadi, Pune

Age Limit: 18–30 years

*Experience*: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
{1 year of insurance/sales/customer service}

Language Requirement:
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Candidates who also know Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be preferred
Neutral accent, strong grammar and pronunciation required

Roles & Responsibilities:Outbound voice process (insurance). Reach out to potential customers via calls. Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Life) and Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.

NOTE :
Criteria for experienced candidates – 6 mo to 1 year of insurance / sales experience is mandatory.
Criteria for fresher candidates – knowledge of any regional language like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya or Assamese is acceptable fluent English is mandatory
