*Position* :Customer Support Executive {Voice Process} -30 openings

*Location*: Vijay Nagar, Indore

*Salary*: ₹18,000 CTC (₹16,500 in-hand) + ₹2,000 incentives

*Qualification*: Graduation mandatory

*Experience*: Minimum 1 year in customer support

*Roles & Responsibilities*: Handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services and Resolve customer queries and maintain call records

*Shift & Days*: Male – rotational shift | Female – fixed day shift (7 AM – 8 PM), 5 days
working, rotational offs

*Training*: 40–45 days, stipend ₹400/day
