Job Title: Tech Support – Coordinator

(Male/Female)

Work Mode: Offline / online Work from Home

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (NTH) + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers or clients.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices (modem/routers) and system configurations.

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convince and assist customers.
• Technical diploma or a graduate degree.
• Basic knowledge of networking (modem/router configuration, system configuration).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
